You can find great restaurants yourself. What you can't do from abroad is call a Tokyo restaurant and ask โ in Japanese, the right way, so they actually take it seriously โ whether they can serve tamari instead of soy sauce, use a clean fryer, and avoid cross-contamination. That conversation is the whole service. The reservation is just the last step.

Tell us where you want to eat (up to 5), your dates, party size, and your condition. Pick from our site or bring your own list.
We confirm safety in Japanese
We contact each restaurant in Japanese and ask the questions that matter โ tamari, dedicated fryer, ingredients, cross-contamination โ and get a real answer.
We book your table
Once a restaurant confirms it can accommodate you, we send you a quote and a secure payment link. After payment, we book the table in your name for your date and time.
You get everything you need
We send your confirmed reservations, a summary of what each restaurant agreed to, and a card to show staff on arrival.

If a restaurant can't safely accommodate you, we tell you honestly โ and you're never charged for a booking we couldn't make safe. We take a limited number of trips each month so every restaurant gets a real conversation, not a rushed one.
Who handles your reservations
We are a Japan-based team that researches and verifies gluten-free dining across the country. We contact restaurants directly in Japanese on your behalf. Restaurant practices can change and some cross-contamination risk can remain even after confirmation, so we always recommend reconfirming with staff on the day.
