Restaurant Dietary Check: US$9.90 per restaurant. We research one restaurant you choose (official website and menu, recent posts and reviews, and a direct inquiry to the restaurant in Japanese where needed) and email you an evidence report. It is decision support, not a guarantee of safety, and we do not make reservations.
Japan GF Travel Kit: US$9.90. Grants 90 days of Pro access (custom allergy card PDF, chain safe-menu guide, area routes) to your account.

- None beyond the listed price. Internet connection charges are your own responsibility.

Dietary Check: we email your evidence report to the address you provided within 72 hours of payment being confirmed, following the process described on the Dietary Check page. - Cancellations & Refunds
- Dietary Check: if we do not deliver your report within 72 hours of payment, you get a full refund. A report based on public information counts as delivered even if the restaurant does not reply to our inquiry. Because the report is a digital service, no refund is available once it has been delivered, except as stated above. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
Travel Kit: a digital product delivered immediately on payment. Cancellation terms, where applicable, are stated at checkout. - System Requirements
